Hi, I’m Suzie!


Eight years ago, I was exhausted, 25 kilos heavier, constantly bloated, and stuck in a cycle of bingeing, starving, and shame. Every Monday I told myself it would be different, and by Friday I was back to square one.

I didn’t want to be the tired, unhappy mum at the school gate. More than that, I didn’t want my daughter growing up watching me hate myself.


Everything changed when I finally decided to stop punishing my body and start listening to it. I found a way to reset through intermittent fasting and a clean, keto-inspired approach. It wasn’t about restriction or perfection. It was about freedom, structure, and results that actually last.

Now I’ve turned that journey into The Suzie Method - a simple reset that helps women feel lighter, clearer, and more in control of their bodies and their lives.
